If you are unable to access the gmail account onthe phone or computer. It means, something is wrong with the user account or server
settings. you can apply it on your device.
1. First of all, you need to check theinternet connection on the device.
2. Go to the google account recovery page,here you need to reset the password.
3. If Gmail is not working on the mailapplication, you need to turn on the imap or pop3 mail settings. Also, check
the imap and pop3 server settings on your gmail account.
4. Let’s try to access the gmail accounton the phone and check the mail account as well. In case, if Gmail account is not working. you need to remove the account and then re-add the mail
application.
