Alienation agreement.
By concluding an alienation agreement, the patent owner transfers all rights to use it to a third party without retaining the possibility of using it for his own purposes.
The alienation agreement is concluded in writing. It must be registered in the patent. At the same time, the sole author of the development, even before making a decision to grant a patent, can apply to the intellectual property service with an application containing an obligation to conclude a contract of assignment of rights with any natural or legal person who wants it first.
The transfer of an exclusive right is prohibited if it may mislead consumers about the manufacturer or the product itself.
