Redbreast, aged twelve years, is produced from malted and unmalted barley. The
whiskey is aged in ex-bourbon American and Spanish barrels after being
triple-distilled in copper pot stills. Redbreast has a distinct flavour
profile that differs from the typical blends, unlike many Irish
whiskeys. Irish-style single pot still whiskey boasts distinct flavours
of dried fruits, green pepper, cardamom, and spices.
