Netspend Password Reset Not Working

The most common account access issue NetSpend faces is forgetting the account password. If you don't remember your account password, you don't have access to your account.

You can also choose to change your password if your NetSpend account has been compromised and despite entering your account password correctly several times, you still do not have access to your account.

If you forgot your account password or simply want to change it, you can do so through the following process:

• Start your web browser and open the NetSpend website

• Click 'Login' at the top right of the NetSpend home page

• On the account login page, click 'Password' in the phrase 'Forgot your username or password?' below the empty login fields

• On the next page, enter your username and email address

• A temporary password will be sent to the email address.

• Open your email and locate the password reset email sent by NetSpend. Click the link in the email or paste it into the URL/address bar of your browser

• You will be redirected to the password reset page where you will be asked to enter your temporary password and then your new password twice

• Click 'Reset Password' to change your password. After receiving confirmation of the password reset, try logging in to see if the change was successful.
