Swoop Airlines Cancellation Policy says Flyers who are unable to board an alternative flight for any reason will be issued a travel credit.
This credit is valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation of the primary reservation.
If you already have travel credit for a canceled reservation, you can convert that credit into a refund.
