Speak to a live agent with Xfinity

Hey folks! I've been dealing with some technical issues with my Xfinity service, and the automated system isn't cutting it. Has anyone successfully spoken to a live agent at Xfinity? What's the best way to get through and talk to a real person? Your advice is much appreciated!
