Bollywood : No more Yash Chopra movies for ShahRukh Khan !!
Just some days back, Desifans published a ShahRukh Khan statement in which he announced himself as the King Khan. ShahRukh Khan was reported to have said that he would rule the roost in the industry for years to come and no new comers are in a position to oust him. Ironically, soon after this statement, YashRaj, the production banner which patronized ShahRukh Khan has made the decision that ShahRukh Khan will not star in any of their future productions.ShahRukh Khan shares a very cordial relation with the Chopras and Aditya Chopra’s last two successes have been ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge’ and ‘Mohabbatein’, both starring Shah Rukh Khan. Everyone was sure that his next directorial would again star ShahRukh but Aditya Chopra has announced that Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji would star in his next venture.Rumours say that Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan did not get along that well in the recent past and this is why Yash Chopra decided to choose Amitabh Bachchan and replace Shahrukh Khan with Abhishek Bachchan in the forthcoming films.

Why ? Rumor has it that the principal of the institute Amitabh Bachchan has an indirect role to play in this. Times of India hints that “owing to Shah Rukh’s alienation from the Bachchans, the Chopras have decided to keep him out of their camp” !! So who is the replacement … yes its Abhishek Bachchan opposite Rani Mukherjee !! And looks like Abhishek Bachchan will be a strong favorite for all future Yash Chopra movies.
Its not a great time ahead for Shahrukh Khan . Yesterday, Yash Chopra and son Aditya Chopra announced that Dhoom 2 would fight hand in hand at the Box Office against Shah Rukh’s Don, and today the Chopras declared that Shah Rukh Khan will not star in any of their future movies.So our dear star Shahrukh Khan who had the luxury of the big budget movies from the Yash Chopra camp and the Karan Johar camp has to rely on Karan Johar for his big budget movies. Shahrukh Khan has been extremely succesful in all Yash Chopra movies, starting with Darr and later following up with all time great Bollywood movies like Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai, Mohabbatein and Veer Zaara. We at desifans would have loved to see more magic from the partnership between Shahrukh Khan and the Chopras.
