I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I'm curious if you ever got the float level figured out. I'm working on setting mine too and noticed the service manual recommends 16mm, but I’ve seen people say 17mm or even 18mm works better depending on the setup. Did you try adjusting it again or stick with the first setting you tried? Wondering how that affected your fuel overflow.
