His regim was full of terror.
He used Chemical Weapons on Kurds and Iran .And he was not ashamed of that.(Although he did this on instructions of USA).He has eliminated the coups against him and executed the culprits in such a way that others get lesson.

Now it happened to himself , The lesson here is Pride must fall.
