1; do u use supplements,.,??
1.1; how can make your body in balance..like ihave a friend,,his chest is not in balance..one side is heavier than the other,,??
1.2; i have a weight gaining supplement buts its expired,,is it safe to still use it,,(i dont wanna through it ,,its damn too expensive,,)

i dont use supplements

say him to workout on one hand pushups usng the left or right hand whchevr chest is lighter

accordin to me u shuldnt use it u neva knw wht culd expired stuffs wuld do i knw these supplements r too too much expensive and its one of the reason tht i aint usng ne supplements
btw us supplement ka naam kya hai?
aur agar aapko best protein supp chahiye to i wuld recommend
