Waiting For The Sun

The sun is dark today,
A little bit dimmer than yesterday,
See the ripe nectarine in the sky,
Waiting for the clouds to die.

See the sun needs be bright in the air,
But with no one around she doesnt care,
If the clouds go away, she'll be fine,
Waiting for her chance to shine.

Break past the asbestos and look:
The earth scared her away and she shook,
Looking for some answers, picking a fight,
Waiting for the death of the night.

No more holding back, it's her turn,
You made her mad, now you'll burn,
She's out now, no covering her dream,
Waiting for the time to scream.

She broke the shell of outer space,
Is her fear around? Not a trace,
She breaks her silence, "This is mine,"
No more waiting for her time to shine.

Her secret's free she's let out,
Watching for the stars to hear her shout,
They heard her, every sound,
She's waiting now to be found.
