Flying, Soaring
Confidence beyong belief.
I didn't even do that great,
But it was sure a way to leave.
I stood there singing,
My voice a bit out of tune,
But because of all the clapping
It just livened up the mood.
One person's cell phone went soaring up
And everyone else's did too.
And then before you know it,
I was looking out at a sea of neon blue.
