Quran is word of God...and written on pages in Hazrat Usman (RA) time period or earlier...so chances mistakes made would be close to NONE!

Hadees...were words transfered from suhaba (RA) to their kids and to their kids and to theirs and it was very late untill hadees were written in words...and so if they do (which like i said...very rare) contradict with quran their credibality can be questioned...

Also...text of the holy quran would always be preserved intact guranteed by God, there is no such guarantee with regard to hadees.

actually i sholdn't have said hadees contradicting quran...i should have said....if it appears to be contradicting then what?

Allah Tallah nay Quran ki Hifazat ka zima khud liya hai.. isliay there cannot be any doubt or confusion in Quran..

However there may be a Hadith which may seem to contradict Quran but in that case see the aunthenticity of that Hadith.

firstly there cannot be any contradiction between them and if there exists then check the aunthenticity of the Hadith.

hadith quran kay hukam ko hi precise karti hai. quran kay hukam kay nasikh honay ko dekhna paray ga saath mai hadith ki strength bhi dekhi jae gi.
