That's a very good point. The problem is not that we don't have laws it's that no one follows them because they aren't enforced!
The communties don't have enough organization or structure. We need something like the Gestapo posted on every street

In my opinion, below are the problems in Pakistan and if I’ll rule Pak I’ll try to do something in this regard.
Lack of education/awareness
Unavailability of facilities.
Joblessness
Proper implementation of the law to everyone according to Islam.
And Law for Women & Children’s slogan is the crap…
What have we done wrong with women & children????
