If I could have just one wish,
I would wish to wake up everyday
to the sound of your breath on my neck,
the warmth of your lips on my cheek,
the touch of your fingers on my skin,
and the feel of your heart beating with mine...
Knowing that I could never find that feeling
with anyone other than you.
Here I am admiring the sky
Wishing in my heart that I could fly
Spread my arms out as if they were wings
But only in my dreams will I see such things
All I can do is keep searching the clouds
Hoping to see an angel who will take away my frowns
As long as I'm here I can only dream
Crying my tears so hot they steam
The winter wind so brisk and cold
Another wish for a hand to hold
But these are only dreams for someone like me
Its a harsh realization that only I can see
So forever in this grass I shall lay
Trapped in the imagination I want to stay
Because living in a world so full of hate
Isn't the harsh reality I want to be known as fate
Escaping this world and leaving it behind
So that I can live in the world so peaceful inside my mind
