A very well-made movie! Brilliantly done! A treat to watch!

That's all comes to my mind when i think of this movie. Great direction, skillful cinematography, mind-blowing locations and mesmerizing background music, this is what the Javed Sheikh's "khulay Aasman Kay Neechay" is all about.

You wouldn't find a single point in the movie that lacks balance. All the scenes, sequences songs are so well-balanced and well placed, that you can't say you are watching a typical lolly-crap.

Overall a perfect movie, the only thing i would say was little "below the expectations" is the music. But some professionally done picturization and mind-blowing locations / dresses cover the lack. I'm not gonna reveal the whole story here, but i would seriously suggest for all you people who think Pakistan can never make good movies, go out and watch this one. You will change your mind for sure.

And yeah one more thing that most of the people wanna hear about, THIS MOVIE IS WAY BETTER THAN "YEA DIL AAP KA HOA".

Nadeem was the show stealer. To me Hamayun Saeed should've been given more dialogues because he looked way better / talented than Saleem Sheikh and what i believe is Momi would've been a better choice instead of Saleem. But anyways Saleem did a fair job.

Plus, i saw it in Cirose Cinema, Rawalpindi and public response was great. Completely houseful. And it was great to see some families out there as well. I would say this is the kind of movie that completely represents Pakistani society and family system.
A great movie in all - 9/10

ok...but music quality should be mantain,I would see in other theatre.

Iam wondering tum ne movie kahan dekhi hai cuz the sound and picture quality is simply outstanding.

I understand quality of music since stereo music introduce in audio casette,I am not person who appreciate every lollywood movie like you...
my view based on cinima hall audience who were telling when I saw a movie.

Music isn't that bad either yaar. And there might be another reason as well why music doesn't sound as catchy as it did in YDAKH and that is YDAKH was released in 2002 and several different filmi programs on tv kept playing its music regularly and almost all the songs remained on top charts for a long time. As result YDAKH's music grew on people's minds. In KAKN's case, as far as i believe, they never played a single song on any top chart, as a result people were listening to the music for the first time in cinema. But dont worry it's gonna grow on people's mind in a bit.
As far as picture/sound quality is concerned, Standard yaar kahan rehtay ho, YDAKH's picture and sound were shaky at many times in the movie, this movie is technically close to perfect, crystal clear picture/sound quality. Guess you need to watch it again in a better cinema hall.
I myself gonna go watch it again probably next weekend.

Well the picture quality and sound looks good on Tv.I was planning to watch it today but these bomb blasts in Karachi are coming in my way!
Due to these bomb blasts,business of KAKN for sure will be effected!
One more factor why the music is not tht much appealing is tht the music was recorded way back in start of 2004 in India.Yeh music purana hochuka hai...if we listened it in 2005 to iska impact kuch aur hi hota!But still some of the songs are good in the movie!
Hey those who have seen the movie,can u tell me that there was an item number in da movie picturised on the girl who did Dekh Le in MunnaBhai MBBS ,how was tht song picturised?And which song wuld u rate the best picturised?

To me the best picturised songs were 'ladki mumbai kee" and the one on sana, i guess it's called "tanhai". Yes there's an item number, and i believe its the same gal as in Munnabhai.
