I guess that's out the window then.
Just eat a variety of food but within moderation & plenty of exercise, that's the best way.

well agar ramzan ki baat aati hai
to i have lost 4 kg mashALLAH
cuz no sehri but aftaari karti hu.wo bhi tne drinks pee leti hu k baki k liye gunjaish nahi rehti
