Young at heart take flight on wings,
hear the beauty as songbird sings.
Time passing, matters not to love,
with seeds sown in heaven above.

Many pitfalls and valleys to elude,
avoid life's temptations, extrude.
Lasting love walking side by side,
keep a heart warm, young inside.

Autumn of life need not be frail,
when love uplifts on winds to sail.
Comforts, surrounds to protect,
life long cocoon of love, respect.

Young at heart, wise with sage,
upon paths chosen as we age.
