Shah Rukh Khan recently underwent a back surgery in London and now we hear that he will go back to London for further treatment. Before you think that the King Khan's back is in trouble again, let us clarify that the treatment is sort of a follow-up treatment post his back surgery. So no worries at all! Some more time and Shah Rukh will be back to entertain us all. Shah Rukh is curently shooting for 'Chalte Chalte' that stars Rani Mukherjee and the movie is nearing completion. He will be in London next month for finishing his treatment after which he will come back and finish all pending projects.
