’s Inn — the historic Millstadt landmark — is open for business again.This time the building surrounded by cornfields has reopened as a restaurant and bar with a Southern vibe.

The bar
’s menu features classic bar favorites, such as burgers, wings and beer-battered onion rings. Carillo is also serving signature salads. The Asian Yellowfin Tuna Salad is topped with an Asian vinaigrette, wasabi aioli, Sriracha and crispy flash-fried wonton strips.At the bar, Carillo recommends a Moscow mule. The cocktail ($4) is made with vodka, spicy ginger beer, and lime juice.

People have a certain emotional attachment to this building,” Carrillo said in April before the opened. “They want to be back inside Jeff Locke Youth Jersey this building. A lot of people grew up coming here. They remember being here as kids, and their grandparents have a lot of stories.
