ok i have a question. lets see whos gonna help me.
i have AOL broadband at work. even though its broadband i still have to open AOL and sign in and leave it open all day. if i close the brower it will sign me out (which sounds stupid bcz usually broadband mae aisa nahi hota i think). now the problem is that it doesnt let me open hotmail or yahoo or freeserve emails unless i type 'securefix' in the keywords (on AOL homepage), restart AOL and then try again. it really sucks. is there any way k aisa na ho. it sometimes doesnt work at all. meaning i type securefix like 5 or 6 times but still email open nahi hoti.

why do u use AOL browser? what u can do is sign in at AOL...and then minimise it and open IE (internet explorer)...and see if it lets u open hotmail and all dat stuff...?
thats exactly what i do but it doesnt work that way either. let me tell u step by step k how it works. we have AOL broadband at work which requires us to open the AOL brower or explorer first and then sign in. once its signed it i minimise AOL and open IE (internet explorer) for emails. but IE doesnt let me go into my email inbox (hotmail or yahoo or freeserve) unless i go back to AOL browser, click on keyword (on toolbar next to search), type 'securefix' in keywords and restart AOL. it usually works fine but sometimes it takes ages to fix it. my ex-colleague got this stupid system (which i really hate).. i would have gone for another and better ISP than AOL that are way better. at least un mae u dont have to sign in. i mean i dont get one thing. whats the point of this broadband if you have to sign in???. doesnt broadband mean k u r online all the time 24/7 even if arent using internet?
sorry if i confused u [:I]. that is why im asking if anyone knows how to fix this problem. bcz its bugging me now.
