aslamualikum starting March 11th, there will be a new channel on Dish Network-GEO TV!(the same channel that cums in Pak) It will be $14.99, but with PTV prime n geo tv its $24. also, Geo TV is a really good channel, beta then PTV

GEO TV is probabbly the best channel in cable tv in Pak right now. Ask someone from Pakistan here. GEO TV is much more entertaining and digital then PTV prime, world, etc.Most dramas they show are new, the ones ptv prime shows have been shown already in Pak. if you have DISh NETWORK, there will be a free preview for the weekend for GEo TV. check it out

it really is tru! geotv has debuted and its super kick-ass!!
u can tell its 100% more advanced than PTV prime! digital, better shows and evrything!! lookin 4ward 2 watching an entertainment-related show!! definately a keeper....

yeah..yas and nfakfan.....Ary also gonna in usa..u can chek....ary has almost 5 channal. Geo tv is most popular channal in cable...I never seen prime tv... Geo dramas r co-production with indian dramas. actor/actress...so change will give u better..in Geo r girls r more glarmorous and more free.

hey...but theres 1 problem GEO TV has a much different sceduaule for USA viewers. They show news every 30 mins or every hour!!! Everytime u get GEO on, news is on. and in the site when u check out the schedule for PAK, n UAE, its not like that. Geo news is like every 2 hours or more

Damn on Dish network! I have Comcast and as there will be no Cricket on Cable , so i called the dish guys to come and install their chit. They made an appointment on Thursday and some 2 days ago on of thier guys showed up when no one was home and he decided that the south view is blocked and canceled my order. When i called Dishnetwork, they told me the order is still there and their tecnitions will be at my place for installition. Ah well I woke up Thurday morning waiting for those stupids but no one showed up. SO i called and they then told me that the order have been canceled. AH wow i said i have permission to install the damn dish where ever i want on the property and they said ok , new order and next week. We cant help u more than that, now i have to pay 350 $ to get it from one of private agent. instead of paying 199. wow i had a very good day today.
ydakh....i agree. geo looks much more professional. but ary....i've heard 4 almost a year now that its coming to american tv, but have yet 2 see it....lekin i'm lookin real 4ward 2 ARY.
btw bush blasta....i think geotv is broadcast live from pk - meaning we see exactly what pakistan is seeing. the reason is, if u look in the corner where its logo is, the time difference is 100% right...it corresponds to pakistani time! so i think we see what people back home see!!

actually, GEO TV, in its ads it keeps sayin welcome USA. and after every hour it says USA EST time-for ex 14:00. Phir bi, go on GEO.TV and look at their USA Scedule. AFter every 30 mins is news!!!sometimes news is for 3 hours! And then...look at the Paki Geo TV scedule..ITS Not like that! geos news is just like twice a day. in the morning n night

i was hoping GEO tv would be awesome since i watched it a lil in Pak. n i was excited about it when DISH said thats its launchin march 11th. but theirs like hardly any entertainment in the GEO USA sceduale. Jahb bhi TV on karo, news lagi hoi hoti hai. It gets annoying n boring like this. Again, check out the geo uSA sced on www.geo.tv Although GEO is much more digital n advancec then PTV.
o ya, i 4got to tell u , i emailed the GEO people askin them y they keep showing news and he said that many USA people want to find out whats goin on in Pak and around the world
