its really a shame that our channels like ARY and Geo show a bit too many indian programmes! specially on this Eid, most were indian! fashion shows, concerts, movie(Bhagbaan on geo)! u name it and they've shown it!
but i also say that u cant just blame the channels. just ask urself a question! what do channels want? the answer is simple: MONEY n RATINGS! and how do they get it? by increasing their viewers!
so whose to blame now? its the people! there are a large number of pakistani people who are more fond of the indian programmes then paksitani! i do think that pakistani programmes have lost their touch and standard over the past few years. but if u observe the cause, this lost is due to copying the indian dramaaz n movies! still there many pakistani plays that are extremely good. and abt pakistani movies... well sure improvements are being made, but it will take some time to get stable. u cant just expect a channel to risk showing a pakistani movie, can u?

uve made a valid point! and as i said b4 paki models luk gorgeous in eastern clothes. but the thing to be noted here is that they are "MODELS!" and the job of a model, male or female is to present the product as well as they can. so i think that the models are not to be blamed here! it is the designer that designs these clothes, inspite of knowing the fact that no one, wud wear such dresses. Therefore i take the exposing as PROFESSIONALISM of a model! bcoz this is her job! and for the fact that they are muzlims n shudnt wear such clothes....i think muzlim women arnt even aloud to model in da first place!!! either wearing everyting or nothing!
