Download HP Print and Scan Doctor. If the download has already started, continue.
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
After opening HP Print and Scan Doctor, click Start and select your printer.
If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry
If there is a problem with the connection, follow the instructions in the program.
If you are prompted to update your printer settings, click Yes and continue.
If you are prompted to select your printer as the default printer, click Yes and continue.
If you still have a problem with the printer not connected to the network, go to HP Printers-Printer disabled Windows
