Kamran Khan the singer filed a law suit for braching the copyrights, But
the funny thing about copyrights that there are no copyrights in Pakistan.
After getting letters from the lawyer, the band decieded to split-up and
decieded to make a story for splitting-up. Later on the band " Jal "
website went down . Gohar denied about the album and said it was Atif
not mine. I bought that song " Aadat " from him, but we have nothing to
do with him no more. Till now many letters been sent to Atif but not a
single one is been replied.
Many countries The band " Jal " & Atif songs are banned. Few of the
countries refund to have a concert or play any video on the Tv. The Album
so called " Jal Pari " only running or seelling in Pakistan with that name. By
changing the tittle of the album doesn't change anything. The voice on
that album is still Kamran Khan Voice.
The funny thing is those people never had the money to record anything
at all, so they released that album with the same recording that was done
by Kamran.

see dude the prob is that ke atif and goher mumtaz both were together as a band jal but then cuz of some reasons atif left the band and said that the band jal belongs to him so goher cant use the name so on that matter the case is still in the court of law that is why atif is singing solo as atif aslam but goher mumtaz can use the name JAL in concerts and on internet and television as well but he cant use the name on the album thats why on his recently released album there was no jal its like ADDAT so thats the main prob and that is why some of there songs r same cuz atif cailms tht those r his songs but personally iam a huge fan of JAL atif suckss big time.
