k...me got a question here...so what excatally is level 3 action...is it banning that id or ip? meaning person can come with another nick or is it ban the ip thingie?
At first we in-activate his/her "ID" and if he/she comes with different "ID" with Same Nature on which ... he/she got banned .... we can ban his/her "IP" as well.
