well life is really busy and hectic u cant blame me for ma absence, coz life is busy, but i m not away u guyz r always wid me, jb is always wid me on ma mobile..
We wanna to say is that we feel,
we shud have more moderators jus to maintain the stander and enhance the involvment of members.. like one moderator for one Section ..its purely on trial basis but u guyz can send us urs name to me "~Fragi~" or "Warmth of Love" with some details dat how can u manage dat specifice section ....
A lil hints for urs duties:
1. Moderator will be there to Help Members.
2. Moderator will keep his/her Genuine posting-style.
3. Moderator will keep eye on suspecious topics and posts.
4. Moderator will inform (at-least) one of Admin,Manager and Senior Moderators.
5. Moderator should be loyal to "JB Family".
