Welcome to JB’s management team.
As u know u r now in management as moderator so I want to tell u some thing;
1-     If u have any problem to understanding your duties then WE (senior moderators) are here to help U.
2-     U have rights to move, delete, or edit posts / topics posted by other members in your sections. But if u feel any confusion please ask senior mods through PM.
3-     Don’t confuse about your rights in other sections about post editing etc bcz u have only rights in to your sections.
4-     If u find any problem about member’s behavior then plz inform immediately to admin/Senior mods. Don’t argue with members.

A lil hints for urs duties:

1. Moderator will be there to Help Members.
2. Moderator will keep his/her Genuine posting-style.
3. Moderator will keep eye on suspecious topics and posts.
4. Moderator will inform (at-least) one of Admin,Manager and Senior Moderators.
5. Moderator should be loyal to "JB Family".

I hope this will guide U and don’t worry feel free to ask any thing abt moderators duties from us.
