Srah Baqarah (165 to 167)

165. And of mankind are some who take (for worship) others besides Allâh as rivals (to Allâh). They love them as they love Allâh. But those who believe, love Allâh more (than anything else). If only, those who do wrong could see, when they will see the torment, that all power belongs to Allâh and that Allâh is Severe in punishment.

166. When those who were followed, disown (declare themselves innocent of) those who followed (them), and they see the torment, then all their relations will be cut off from them.

167. And those who followed will say: "If only we had one more chance to return (to the worldly life), we would disown (declare ourselves as innocent from) them as they have disowned (declared themselves as innocent from) us." Thus Allâh will show them their deeds as regrets for them. And they will never get out of the Fire .

how can we say that our "jahil ulema" or leaders are the only responsible ??
as its said clearly that they wont in any case be our protectors

ulemas' have the responsibilty to convey Allah's msg as it is .. and if they convey the msg incorrectly or ommitted something for their own beneifit, they would be responsible for it..

and as far as leaders are concerned, if they dont let the muslims practice Islam freely and enforce them to do unislamic things, they wud be responsible for it.. But it is said to muslims to migrate to other countries where they can practice Islam easily..

ulema's are responsible yar, offcourse they are
par iss ka matlab yeh nahi k hum harr zimmedari se bari ho gae
hum logon ko apni kabar mei jana hai aur unn ko apni

ankhein band kar k kissi pe yakeen kar k chalte jana,, yeh jante hue bhi k jo hum kar rahe hein usse na dil manta hai na dimag,,,
y not trying a bit to search the truth ourselves ??

im not saying k harr aik shaks ko alim hona chaiye par ILM to harrr muslim pe FARZ hai na
to hum apna harr aik gunah unn k saron pe kyun daal dete hein

completly agree to ur 2nd point abt migration
but now we muslims migrate to earn more money,, not to save our faith
damn

ilm aik aisee cheez hai jo kabhe khatam nahi ho sakti .. koi bhee insaan ye nahi keh sakta k us k pass sara ilm aagia hai ..
actually in alim wagaira k pass zada ilm hota hai hum say coz ye log ziada deen k kaaamon main he lagay rehtay hein unlike us jinhein dunya k itnay kaam kernay hotay hein .. Alim is supposed to give us the RIGHT knowledge ab agar hamain ghalat ilm day rahay hein tu is main unka kasoor hai.. yea app ka point bhee theek hai k hamain aik he alim ko anhein band ker k follow nahi kerna chahyee..

her insaan apnay kiay ki saza paiyee ga laiken agar ye responsible loog jin ki responsibilty hai agar ye he hamain misguide karein gay tu kuch extent tak tu ye bhe responsible hon gay.. like jis nay pehla katl kia tha usko dunya main jitnay bhee katl hon gay unka gunnah milay ga ..

We have talked and talked and talked about this subject on so many occasions. Everybody agrees about it but nobody takes any action.

Take a poll on how many of JB mems read Quran - first source of knowledge - on regular basis and are progressing in attaining knowledge following a program. Mems are upto date on holly and bolly news and life sketches but are oblivious of their main responsibilities.

This is bcuz they have an escape goat - "Mullas". They will be sorry to find it a lame excuse on the dreadful day.
