Javed Shiekh and an Private Television Network acquired the rights of the movie but it was clearly said a NO by the censor board becuz according to the censor board rules no such film which promotes hindu religion in any way is not allowed...aur film ka naam dekho"Om Shanti Om".Cineplex waley toh Baghban,Veer-Zaara ko bhi coming attraction mein likhtey rehey they!

they did publicizedi it well in thier cinema and even said to me tht it will be rlsing on Eid-ul-Azha(last year).

Haan yaar i totally agree wid the censor board policy...they should not see the name but focus on the movie!!!Om Shanti Om is a movie which which we want to see,Saawariya toh rls hojayegi lekin koi usey dekhney aye,very few chances!

is this the first time they showing an indian movie in Pakistan ?
