Internationally renowned television interviewer Daphne Barak is desperately ill.
During a recent trip to Pakistan, she contracted a parasite after attending a dinner at the home of Asif Zardari (widower of Benazir Bhutto). Daphne's health is at grave risk. Her doctors are frantically trying to discover the origin and cause of the dangerous parasite so that they can give her the proper treatment. Daphne's doctors have asked Mr. Zardari to release to them the menu that was served for dinner that evening. But so far this simple request has been to no avail. Daphne's health is in serious danger due to this parasite, and she desperately needs the proper medical treatment - immediately.
I am sure that we all join with Daphne's doctors in requesting - and sincerely hoping - that Mr. Zardari will, without further delay, provide Daphne's doctors with the dinner menu from that evening so that they will be able to provide Daphne with the medical treatment that she so desperately needs.
