Well, you want Digital Water Mark? Then you need to get certificate for it.. Which is many people call it invisible digital watermark.
but if you are like general watermark with your name on Top of It.. use PhotoShop the best..! :)
Or for batch putting watermarks, create a Action in Photoshop and do what you want, then Run that Action as batch script from photoshop specifying files / folders.
