"I am the best performer in the Lollywood and that was why I am always the first choice of every producer and director. They all want to cast me in their films. I was selected for the role of 'Anarkali' because I am the most beautiful lady in Pakistani film industry, in fact more beautiful than Ashwariya.

I can compete with any actress in beauty, acting and dancing," claimed Meera while talking to this scribe. Meera is playing the lead role of 'Anarkali' in director Farooq Mengal's 17-episode drama serial 'Anarkali'. It has been written by Prof Aqeel Ruby and produced by Afreen Beg.

Meera said, "Anarkali is the most expensive project in the mini screen's history. Afreen Beg is a good producer and she is spending lavishly on 'Anarkali'. I am wearing costumes worth Rs 20 lakh and jewellery worth Rs 80 lakh in it. While playing the role of 'Anarkali' I am feeling as if I am living in the Mughal era.

I quit Jarrar Rizvi's drama serial 'Jan-e-Ada,' because there were flaws in that drama. I haveacted in Rashid Khawaja and Khalil Rana's upcoming flick 'Salakhein'. There is no harm in co-production and joint venture with India.We will be able to compete in the international market and earn revenue." Meera aspires to perform in the Hollywood films.

She is eager to perform with Demi Moore, Sylvester Stallone and Arnold, who has become Governor of California now.
