Shoaib Akhtar to Jaffer, FOUR, 200 is up! It was a short-of-length delivery, outside off stump, Jaffer waited for it, opened the bat-face and partly-steered and partly edged it past gully. He takes off his helmet and raises his bat. Ganguly comes across to congratulate and the players in the dressing room are up on their feet.

126.4 Danish Kaneria to Ganguly, 1 run, He has done it! His first ton at Eden Gardens and his first against Pakistan too. He leaned forward to a full delivery, placed it to right of mid-off and ran with the stroke. The hands were held aloft and after reaching the crease he hopped up in joy and pumped his fist. The crowd roar and the players in the dressing room are up on their feet.
