Need advice. I do not have a very large online store with kitchen utensils and I need to hire a person who will answer calls and take orders. But at the same time I have a limited budget and I don't know how to get out of this problem.

Greetings. Are you sure that you need an employee who will sit next to you? I understand that it can still be loaded in parallel with some other work, but you will also need to pay for it accordingly. I've resorted to outsourcing help. Found a company www.wow24-7.com which is engaged in professional customer support and entered into a contract with them to serve my clients. Now they take calls and orders and conduct online consultations. Moreover, judging by customer reviews, they do it perfectly, also around the clock. Consider this option because it is definitely cheaper than hiring one or more people.

Have you tried to automatize it? You could install few devices that will help you receive and segregate orders. All you need is right tool, right electronics and right software. On electronics you can work with https://asselems.com/en/smd-assembly

For software you could think about something more advanced, like https://linuxnetmag.com/machine-learning-vs-deep-learning/

I worked with them too! We were working on https://asselems.com/en/pcb-assembly for few months and I have to say, that I couldn't be happier with the result.
