Maintaining cybersecurity in an ever-changing threat landscape is a challenge for all organizations. Traditional reactive approaches, in which resources were directed at protecting systems from the most serious known threats while lesser-known threats were not protected, are no longer a sufficient tactic.

I agree that data breaches have become a serious problem, especially given the serious consequences they can have on both individuals and organizations. Recent high-profile breaches across multiple sectors have highlighted the urgent need for comprehensive cybersecurity strategies. And so the article about what is cybersecurity revealed a lot of information for me, which really emphasized the interconnected nature of world economies and the potential financial consequences as a result of one violation.
