im sure u do, but the prob is not the blockin of the person but more so the reason y the person is blocked and also the fairness of the decision! thats wat!

But i will mention one thing here that YES he/she should be informed first about what he has done and should get atleast 3 warnings and then should be BLOCKED....
Nahi Aaisa nahi hota...someone gets BAN without any prior notification or sometimes without any reason bcz of jealousy Only(MOD or Admin group gets jealous etc)...This is a FACT..
But i dont know too much so leave me outta here.... (NO OFFENCE EVERYONE OK)
