Titolo has even collaborated with Ascis, which led to the creation of the Gel Lyte 3 “Papercut.” All that remained was for Titolo to collaborate with adidas, which has finally happened this year. Not only have adidas and Titolo teamed up, the model selected for this collaboration is none other than the
NMD XR1 Trail.
Sneakerheads are likely quite aware of the popularity that the
adidas NMD has managed to achieve to date. The NMD line has helped breathe a new life into the adidas lifestyle models, with updated technologies incorporated into most of its releases, such as Boost and Primeknit. When it comes to collaborations, Titolo has simply been involved in some of the most remarkable and spectacular ones. This upcoming adidas x Titolo collaboration will be no different, the result of which is the brand new iteration of the
NMD XR1 Trail featured here, which has been dubbed “Celestial.”
Apparently, the
Titolo x adidas NMD XR1 Trail “Celestial” pays tribute to Switzerland’s glaciers, which are a natural part of the country’s landscapes. The sneaker has updated all-White Primeknit uppers that have been given a triangular cut. Its medial sides feature contrasting premium leather, while the inspiration from Switzerland’s majestic glacial structures is also reflected by this sneaker’s icy, translucent Blue-colored outsoles. Sneakerheads will agree that this
NMD XR1 Trail rendition truly does a bear a resemblance to glaciers.
It is being reported that this collaborative sneaker will initially only be available at Titolo’s stores in Switlerland and online. Fortunately, a global release of the
Titolo x adidas NMD XR1 Trail “Celestial” is also scheduled to take place on March 25th, 2017 and it will retail at a price of $180 at U.S. retailers like AddictMiami, BAIT, Dover Street, KITH, Shoe Gallery, UBIQ, and Undefeated.
