Hello Ppl... I'ev enabled email validation to all new members, so if anybody signs up they have to verify their email address by an activation key which will be sent on their email address.
Plus Points.. - nobody can post with a fake email address - If you block somebody they cannot register again with same email address, so that means they have to create new hotmail or email account to signup on forums to verify their email. - And when you will send PM to that person they wil receive a notification on their valid email too! - Also from Profile if you sent email you will be sure that email is valid...
hope that will solve many of abusive issues, now for admins there is "Pending Members" link in Admin Options, where by you will be able to see people who have not verified their emails since they signed up.. i'll appreciate if in 7 days they don't verify.. delete their accounts from Pending Members.

See, perhaps there may be many of the reasons appearing while you are outta here, whatever decision is taking to delete / move or remove topics/replies is the best favour for the forums & people visiting it that is including you too.
I hope you people will understand & not issue questions again on why did the topic / reply was removed or deleted. It's just good for everybody.

The person who blocked him can PM him on his new ID which he used in Freedom to speech and explain him the damnnnn situation :p below is my reply to him in a topic called "WHO BANNED ME AGAIN?"

I hope you will understand & avoid further banning. It takes 1 second to ban and 15 seconds to create a new ID... choice is yours :) I don't know the matter but I trust the admins as to what they do is correct.

Well, it's better your open a new topic in this forum & upload your image or url for which you want in your avatar, who ever admin will first come online will change your avatar.. :)
