eat carrots broccoli spinach sweet potatoe pumpkin apricot because they are all rich in beta carotene which helps dry and flaky skin.

If you eat apples, artichokes, beets, asparagaus, it cleans the liver, kidneys, helping to detoxify the skin

If you eat oily fish or nuts and seeds it softens and hydrates the skin while protecting it from sun damage.

The skin is one the the bodys organisms that rids of toxic waste. So you wannna hydrate your skin with drinking 8 glassses water everyday as required.
