INstead of chocolate have fruit instead. Cause natural sugars slowly release into the body supplying energy.
Also fruits have immunity boosting vitamins that are needed during stressful times.

Umm...yeah hair is a problem. I actually got my hair permed. I regret it now. Cause the chemicals they put in your hair and the shampoos you use after are no good.

Yeah stress is a big problem. Try different things that might help you relieve stress like relaxing music, bubble bath, exercise, dance(helps me), eating a healthy diet.
If you are stressed and your eating junk food you'll stress even more.
I think its vitamin C your body lacks when your stressing.
