kya haal hay? Mein theek hum. I do know some basic urdu that I have learned but I find myself wanting to learn more and more. I do have my first urdu poem in poetry corner if anyone wants to read it. zabardast...hmmmm....does that sound the way it is spelled or is it a little different? the first urdu poem I saw, I couldn't read it at all. My friend helped me to read it and I thought I'd never get all the pronounciations right...well I did and it is getting a little easier everytime. The first poem I saw on here was jaam pe jaam peene se kya fayeda, raat guzri to utar jayage, kisi ki aankon se peeyo khuda ki kasam, umr saari nashe mein guzar jayagi...I was hooked when it was translated, lol...have a good day to all.
