This is written in the Hebrew Talmud, the book
Where all of the sayings and preaching of
Rabbis are conserved over time.   

It says: "Be very careful if you make a woman Cry, because God counts her tears. The woman Came out of a man's rib.   Not from his feet to be Walked on.   Not from his head to be superior, but From the side to be equal.   Under the arm to be Protected, and next to the heart to be always loved and cared."

Women have always been measured as "jannat"

first example as
Being a mother - "maa key paon mae jannat hae"

2nd exapmle:
being as a wife - "Compromising"

3rd exapmle:
being a doughter - "Shearing the happiness"

Its not about men and women... its just about the different shades to her. to be a perfect partner, she needs to be a mother, a sister, a friend, a lover and a kid for her man. Then only is the relation complete.. but all a man needs to be is caring.
