no fried cheezein,,, or fizzy drinks

sehri mei roti khao youghart k saath
aftari mei milk with khajoor and then thora theher k have ur dinner,, balanced meal with carbohydrates, meat, youghart/cheese, fruits

dinner k baad thori si walk karo,,, ya traviyah parho
aik week mei aik damm theek ho jao ge

SALAN kahan khaata hoon mainn...Buss Week main 4, 5 baar MASALA DOSA khata hoon...ya Thoray Oily Kabab, Ya Fried Fish...Khana tou khaata hio nahin time per....

Plain Food tou sirf PARIS mainn miltay hainn..yahan tou sub kuchh Masala maar kay hota hay

ROTI.....aik say zyaada khayee hi nahin jaati..Bohat koshish kerta hoon..magar aik bhi complete nahin kha paata...

Milk....Daily Bila Naagha apple milk shake peeta hoon...uss ka bhi koi fayeda nahin hay...

WATER......Haan yeh bohat kam peeta hoon..pooray din mainn sirf 2 glaas....

FIZZY drinks.....ab DAKAAR phans jaye tou 7UP tou peeni hi perti hay na,,,,

SEHRI ...bhi theek say nahin khayee jaati..in fact yahan hotel per jo khana milta hay ..Mera Khayaal hay woh raat ko hi paka letay hainn...aik roti bhi poori nahin khayee jaati...Youghart start ki hay ..magar din baar dakaar aatay rehtay hainn uss say,..,.

AFTAARI....3 Khajoor...phir milk sjake....phir Taraweeh...Phir Light Dinner,..waisay 3 din say Taraweeh bhi nahin perhi...Uss ki aik aur waja hay Kamar mainn Bohat Shadeed dard hay..GASTRIC Pain nahin hay...Left side mainn Aisay Feel hota hay keh CLOTTING type kuchh hay....Theek hi nahin ho raha ...Zameen per sona shuru ker diya hay...

BALANCED MEAL.....Yeh SUICIDE kya hota hay bhai...

2 week mainn tou kuchh nahin hua..ab agla week dekho....

NB..

aap pani booohat kamm peetay hain... i dont know but u may have kidney pain... ALLAH na karay k ho, lekin aap k paani peenay k jo halaat hain. us se aisa mumkin hey.,

Kam az kam 3 glass pani sehri k time piya karain..aik sath e nahi balkay waqfon se.
Aor 5 glass kam az kam aftari k baad..
Ye bOOOHAT zaroori hey.

Baqi aap ki diet routine bilkul theek nahi hey.

i dont know exactly lekin Antacid syrup p k dekhain.. sehri se pehle aor phir aftari main khana khana se pehle.shayad kuch farq paray.

wese jis ko aap kamar ka dard samajh rahay hain shayad wo e ho. kion k kidney pain side pe aagay peechay dono taraf feel hoti hey..
