cases hotayhai un main 75% police officers ka hath he hota hai.

lakin inn ko roknay wala koi nahee hai?

aur uney yaqen hay k hum jo bhi karay koi saza deney wala kuch nahi tho aur immat sey kartay hay
tho sab sey pehlay aisa nizam hona chahiyee jis mai har jurm ki saza sab ko barabar milay aur insaf pe mabni ho aur police ki tara siyasatdano ko bhi saza milny tho tab hi police sudar saktay hay

like Railway and PWD


lakin baat yeh ho rahee hai k police walay apni powers ka najaiz faida uthatay hai.

bcz woh jantay hai k un ka koikuch naheeee bigaar sakta.

Corrption hi fasad ki jar hai aur sirf police hi nahi govt related sary dept hi esay hain..
police main jahil log ko job mil jati hai..after paying a huge rishwat..fir.ye log paisy poray karty hain. aur sirf apni jahliat ki waja say har bandy say janwaron wala sallooooooook karty hain...

PROBLEM CORPTION HAI JO HUM MAIN RUCH BUSSS GAI HAI.

where are you getting your numbers from? Are you talking about police force in a particular area, or in general.

Personally, I think you are just making up the numbers. Yes, there is a problem, but to this extent, I am not buying that.

well,i think he is not talking in pure statistical terms,its just a(mis)conception,that ppl have about police.
last year 51 policemen in karachi alone were allegedly involved in street crimes.these were those who were caught red-handedly,there are many who are either directly involved in crimes or are protecting criminals one way or another.

Even for statistics you need to have numbers. Lets take your example. How many cops are in Karachi? I don't know the number, but Karachi being a big city, I would say over 5000. Now with 51 policemen were caught last year. Thats like 1%.

So you are saying that 1% of Karachi police force is corrupt.

OK, now lets assume that there are another 500 poplicemen who were involved but never caught. That will push the number to 10%. That stil is a lot less than initially stated number

now thats rational thinking really
according to report there are yes,over 5000 cops in karachi out of which some2900 are actively engaged in crime control,rest of the force is either on special duties or on long leave i think.
so your conclusion is quite logical,at most 2% of the total force is corrupt,but we tend to believe that two percent are perhaps not corrupt
