Many words to write, only a few,
come to mind when I think of you.
Limited vocabulary I now find,
good bye, teardrops and unkind.

Alphabet seems to have shrank,
and I only have you to thank.
Happiness, joyful are now gone,
now words of sorrow fill my dawn.

Lasting love, laughter, listening,
things once shared, now missing.
Happy has been replaced by sad,
regrets, bitterness replacing glad.

Only sadness spews from my pen,
so callously you let our love end.
Use dictionary for broken hearts,
whenever my writing starts.
