well can't say about culture .. laiken islaam main tu jiaz hai ... coz hazrat muhmmad (PBUH) nay hazrat khadija say shadi ki thee jo kay un say age main baree theen..
ab culture is liay nahi kehh saktee .. coz nowadays parents don't allow there children.. esp a boy to marry a gal older than him ..
since it s not something wrong,, and islam mei bhi permission hai to chahe koi kuch bhi kahe

but marrying a woman who s 20 yrs older than u is sunnah too

yea but i don't think that any parents would allow their sons to marry an older women... and same from the girls side... so then what do u.. when ur all alone...
try to convience parents .. somehow .. although its not easy .. kisi aur baray ko confidence main lay loo .. koi tu hoo ga na hee jo app ko understand kerta hoo ga .. hmm ..
