ALLAH ORDERED GABRIEL TO DESTRY A NATION, GABRIEL ASKED ALLAH TO PERMIT HIM TO CHECK WHY HE HAD ORDERED HIM SO , SO HE WENT DOWN TO THE NATION IN A DISGUISE OF A MAN. A SHEPHERD BOY WUZ WITH HIS SHEEP AND GABRIEL WENT TO HIM AND ASKED "CAN U TELL ME WERE THE ANGEL GABRIEL IS" THE BOY DID SOME CALCULATIONS, LOOKED IN ALL DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERED:"HE IS NOT IN THE SKIES AND NOT IN THE EARTH, EITHER YOU ARE GABRIEL OR ME"
so tell me guyz , on one side Allah says us togain knowledge so we can get close to HIM, why was that nation destroyed if it was so advanced in knowledge and getting closer to ALLAH??
how you can say it was the extreme knowledge that was the cause of the destruction of that nation? it is not mentioned there. there maybe some other reason. what is the source of this information? please give refference.
