Sorry Dear..I tried a lot but Couldn't Find that Ghazal...
It was a s Follows....
"Sar say meray Yaadonn ka Qehar kiyun nahin Jaata"
"Ik Shakhs meray Dil say Uter Kiyun nahin Jaata"
Anyways...words are few and Passions are Many..Kahin na kahin Baar repeat ho hi jaati hay...No prob...
