ahem...bro what kinda food s yah eat on eid???

We make sameeyah in da morning
fam tradition

and when I used to live up north
the fmaily used to have pot luck

No everythings different

I always invited friends over to eat something sweet before going for eid prayers. Prophet used to eat sweets before eidul-fitr prayers. But then I lived among many muslim families around.

Sheer-Qorma, of course is a delicacy of eid. We get donuts, haleem, fruits, samoosay, beans, nimko, drinks and whateva other folks bring in.

Now we do a open house after Eid prayers. People come and go all day long.
